Sometimes the hardest thing in life is patience. You thought I was going to say something else didn't you? Like love or where to put a comma. But no, no I think that patience is the hardest thing, for me it is anyway.

We live in a world where everything is at our fingertips. Instant gratification is the norm and the expected, so when we are told that we have to wait for something we get very impatient.

I remember many years ago when the Internet and home computers were just becoming streamline. You know when you wanted to get online you would have to use the old dial up modem. It would tie up the home phone line and would take at least ten minutes to make a connection. It didn't seem so bad did it, it was the norm, you want to surf the web you got to wait.

Now it takes mere seconds, heck I'm connected to the net 24/7 with my phone. No wifi? No problem I have a data plan. At the tip of my fingers I am on the net as quick as the blink of an eye and it doesn't tie up my phone line. Shoot I've been known to be both on my phone and the Internet at the same time!
